Derains & Gharavi will be hosting in simultaneously virtual and physical formats the 5th Edition of the Lusophones’ Arbitration Meeting on Wednesday 30 March 2022 from 4:30 pm until 6:30 pm (Paris time), during the Paris Arbitration Week (PAW).
This year the participants will discuss the topic “Res Judicata in International Arbitration—Lusophones’ Perspectives,” with two Panels about the following subtopics:
Panel I. The Res Judicata Effect of Arbitral Awards
Panel II. The Res Judicata Effect of Judicial Decisions for the International Arbitrator
This event will be entirely conducted in Portuguese.
