Yves Derains will speak on “The actual experience of negotiators and arbitrators” during the Towards a transnational approach for choice-of-law clauses conference organised by the ICC Institute of World Business Law, the  AIA & the ICC Italy. A presentation of the ICC Study on “Developing neutral legal standards for international contracts”, will also be made. The event will take place in Rome on 11 September 2015.
